Account Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within the PCBA and SMT sectors. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PCBA and SMT markets
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of sales experience in the PCBA or SMT industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
