Right now we are looking for an experienced Inside Sales/Account Manager to join our Team!

On-site position in Des Plaines 

$70-80,000/year base salary, plus commission (OTE $120K+, uncapped)

We have been the leading supplier of various headsets, conferencing solutions, and accessories for about forty years. We also offer several of the top manufacturers. Our goal is to be are be a one-stop shop for communication equipment.

Job Duties:

Create deep connections with clients to foster loyalty and trust. 
Track down warm and cold leads to advance the sales process. 
Recognize and present the customer with the good or service. 
Set and accomplish the sales targets that the leadership has set. 
Boost sales success rates by honing your sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inside sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategic account plans.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including hardware and office equipment.
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware products and inside sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Experience in electronics, telecommunications, or IT is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
