Landlord Tenant Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Landlord Tenant Attorney to provide legal representation and advice to clients involved in landlord-tenant disputes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and litigation, with a commitment to advocating for the rights of both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in landlord-tenant disputes in court and during negotiations
Draft and review lease agreements and other legal documents
Advise clients on their rights and obligations under landlord-tenant law
Conduct legal research to support case strategy
Prepare for and attend trials, mediations, and arbitrations
Provide guidance on compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations
Manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines for legal filings

Qualifications

Jurisdictions bar admission with a focus on landlord-tenant law
3+ years of experience in litigation and real estate law
Strong understanding of landlord-tenant regulations and housing laws
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to handle trials and court appearances
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
