Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation cases, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the protection of our clients' rights and interests in various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in civil litigation cases
Draft and file legal documents and motions
Conduct legal research and analysis
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
Prepare and present cases in court
Advise clients on legal rights and obligations
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to civil litigation.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience in civil litigation
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
