Job Title: Account Manager - Commercial Lines

Location: Denver, CO

Salary: $75-85K base salary

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing a book of commercial insurance business. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of commercial lines of insurance and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
Analyze client insurance needs and provide recommendations for coverage and risk management solutions.
Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clients.
Coordinate and manage the policy issuance process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Monitor and manage claims for clients, acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to advise clients effectively.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
Proven experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry, specifically in commercial lines.
In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products
Active Colorado P&C license
Experience with AMS 360 or similar agency management systems is preferred.
