Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Project Manager to join our team. This remote role will oversee and manage commercial painting projects nationwide, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial painting projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting industry.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $75,000 - $85,000
- 3% commission on all gross profit
