Job Title: Commercial Attorney - Transactional & Litigation

Salary: $120-150k/yr DOE

Requirements: At least 3+ years of experience in Texas Commercial Transactional/Litigation and a JD from ABA accredited Law School.

We are looking to expand our commercial practice. We are looking for Commercial Attorneys with a background in both Transactional & Litigation to join our team. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on commercial law matters to our clients, defending our clients in court, and representing them in litigation. You must be adept at trial and be able to develop strategies to defend our clients' interests.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for researching and advising on legal issues related to business law, drafting legal documents, counseling and negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing clients in court and during litigation. You will also be required to represent clients in hearings and trials.

What You Need for this Position

-In order to be successful in this role, you must have a JD degree and at least 3 years of experience in the legal field.
-You must have expertise in commercial law, litigation, transactions, and defense.
-The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
