We're seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to help lead and deliver innovative, complex infrastructure and facilities projects across the U.S. From pre-construction through project closeout, you'll play a critical role in the successful execution of major EPC, construction management, and design-build programs.

What You'll Do:
As a Construction Project Manager, you'll be at the center of the action-ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all phases of project delivery from site mobilization through completion and warranty.

  • Promoting a top-tier safety culture for all team members and subcontractors.

  • Driving performance in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and field execution.

  • Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Overseeing all on-site construction operations and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

  • Supporting contract negotiations, procurement strategies, and risk assessments.

  • Guiding and mentoring project teams while optimizing labor, material, and equipment usage.

  • Managing project documentation, compliance, and turnover processes.

  • Collaborating with engineering and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the construction industry.

  • Experience with project management tools, document control, cost tracking, and scheduling systems.

  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Understanding of contract negotiation, compliance, labor management, and safety standards.

  • Working knowledge of GAAP and construction financial reporting.

  • Ability to travel or be based at project sites as needed.

  • Strong experience with Transmission, Distribution and Substation.
