Construction Superintendent

Position Overview
The Construction Superintendent oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They manage site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain safety regulations to create a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
Supervise and manage on-site construction personnel and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues or changes in project scope.
Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
Ensure the project complies with legal requirements, building codes, and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in multi-family and hospitality projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
OSHA 30 certification and First Aid/CPR certification are preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
