Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Project Engineer to manage and execute building automation projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC systems and a solid understanding of energy management solutions. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of control systems to enhance building efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement control systems for HVAC and building automation projects.
Utilize Tridium, Niagara, Alerton, and Honeywell systems to optimize building performance.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation of controls.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project requirements and provide technical support.
Develop and maintain project documentation including specifications, drawings, and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Controls Project Engineer with a focus on HVAC systems.
Strong knowledge of building automation systems, including Tridium Niagara, Alerton, and/or Honeywell.
Project management experience with demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
Familiarity with energy management systems and temperature control technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
