Senior Project Manager - Land Development

Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager for Land Development will oversee and manage complex land development projects from inception to completion. For this role This role requires a Professional Engineering License and Background (exceptions may be made for very strong canddiates). A strategic thinker with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, ensuring projects meet regulatory requirements while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
Prepare and review design documents, engineering plans, and specifications for land development projects.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land use and environmental impact.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and project managers in best practices for land development.
Identify business development opportunities to expand the firm's land development services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; PE license Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, land development, civil works, etc.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil engineering projects.
Strong understanding of site development processes and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with business development and client relationship management.
