Electrical Supervisor

Location: Onsite in Klamath Falls, OR with relocation assistance

Salary: $90-140k DOE

Position Overview
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing electrical maintenance and installation activities within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliance with industry standards and safety regulations while leading a team of electricians to drive efficiency and productivity in electrical operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of electricians in daily operations and projects.
Plan and execute electrical maintenance and installation tasks in accordance with schedules and safety standards.
Manage capital projects related to electrical systems and equipment, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance system reliability.
Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and resolve electrical issues promptly.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and Oregon electrical codes.
Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Oregon Electrical Supervising License is preferred, or able to obtain within one year.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong electrical background with knowledge of PLC and HMI systems.
Experience in capital project management.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
