We are a well-established transactional law firm located in the Orange County Airport area, known for providing sophisticated legal counsel in a personal and collaborative environment. Our firm offers the best of both worlds-deep legal expertise and strong client relationships within a close-knit, team-oriented setting. We specialize in advising private operating businesses and real estate developers, serving as outside counsel and trusted advisors.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive estate and tax planning services tailored to each client's unique needs.

  • Draft a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and advanced directives.

  • Advise high-net-worth individuals and business owners on wealth transfer strategies and succession planning.

  • Stay current on relevant tax laws, probate rules, and advanced estate planning techniques.

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships built on trust, expertise, and proactive counsel.

     

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.

  • 3-5 years of estate planning experience, preferably with exposure to probate and tax law.

  • Demonstrated ability to draft complex estate planning documents with precision.

  • Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.

  • Strong client-service orientation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
