 Overview: We are an established law firm with multiple offices in Los Angeles. We specialize in all areas of Family Law. Our firm is dedicated to ethical and zealous advocacy, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our Santa Monica office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in family law, including prenuptial agreements, marital separation, divorce, domestic violence, child support, and paternity cases. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, the ability to manage stressful situations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all areas of family law, including prenuptial agreements, marital separation, divorce, domestic violence, child support, and paternity.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law.
  • Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather and evaluate evidence.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
  • Provide compassionate and empathetic support to clients during challenging times.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
