Position Overview
The Federal Superintendent will oversee construction projects for federal clients, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols. This role is crucial for managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to deliver quality construction solutions in alignment with government standards.

This is an onsite position at Ellsworth AFB with paid travel back home every three weeks! We currently have various large scale projects at Ellsworth AFB ranging from $50-$150 Million which will require a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent. Our company is also a national contractor and has unlimited work all over the US and Overseas for further work opportunity at any time!

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with USACE standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations, including EM-385.
Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including any delays or issues encountered.
Facilitate communication between federal stakeholders and construction teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety protocols in construction management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, particularly with federal projects.
Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and protocols.
Experience working with Army, NAVFAC, and USACE guidelines.
Strong understanding of construction safety standards, including EM-385.
Ability to travel as required for project oversight and management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
