Finish Manager

Position Overview
The Finish Manager is responsible for overseeing the finishing processes in our high-end hardwood flooring manufacturing facility, ensuring the highest quality standards and efficiency in production. This role involves managing a team, optimizing finishing techniques, and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the finishing team of 8-12 employees to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output.
Manage UV roll coaters and other finishing equipment to achieve optimal performance.
Perform color matching to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications.
Develop and implement finishing processes and best practices to enhance product quality.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to resolve finishing issues and improve workflows.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a finishing role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of UV roll coaters and color matching techniques.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
