Position Overview
The Head of Business Development will lead our efforts in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the construction industry. This role is critical for driving growth and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the long-term success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in the construction sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and client relationships.
Lead a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Utilize market research and industry insights to inform business strategies and identify new leads.
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct cold calling and outreach initiatives to generate new leads and expand the client base.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and sales strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development within the construction industry.
