Journeyman Electrician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing environment. The position requires a strong understanding of electrical theory, troubleshooting techniques, and the ability to read blueprints.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical issues in machinery and high voltage circuitry.
Perform wiring and installation tasks according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
Conduct electrical repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure safety and efficiency in electrical operations.

Qualifications

Journeyman Electrical License is required.
Proven experience in electrical installation and repair, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on PLC systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience with high voltage circuitry and electrical repair on machinery.
