Litigation Paralegal

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team in managing and preparing cases within the field of personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with case preparation, document management, and client communication, contributing to successful legal outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents and case files for litigation
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies
Manage and organize discovery documents and evidence
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed
File documents with the court and ensure compliance with legal procedures
Attend trials, depositions, and hearings to provide support to attorneys
Maintain case management systems and documentation for easy accessibility

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in litigation, specifically in personal injury cases
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to litigation
Proficient in legal research tools and software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
