Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely manner.
Inspect and test machinery and equipment to diagnose issues and prevent breakdowns.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections performed.
Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and optimize workflow during maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance is preferred.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
