Salary: $26.00/hr - $31.00/hr

We manufacture products with paper, plastic, and renewable materials for food packaging, delivery and carry-out, food processing, and industrial markets. As a world-class recycling facility in Indiana, our facility processes plastic bags collected at designated store drop-off locations and turns them into new retail bags using the recycled content.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform various duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment. This individual will be responsible for conducting machine setup, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventive maintenance service.

What You Will Be Doing

- Perform emergency, unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance of production equipment during machine service
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of packaging and production machines
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
- Operate and repair forklift

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a technician/mechanic role

You should know some of the following:

- Maintenance
- Mechanical/Hydraulic/Electrical Troubleshooting
- Packaging
- 408V 3 Phase
- PLCs/VFD Drives
