Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting injection molding machines, reading and interpreting electrical schematics, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using electrical schematics.
Diagnose and resolve hydraulic and machinery problems.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective repairs.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with injection molding machines.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
Strong troubleshooting skills with hydraulic systems and machinery.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
