Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, focusing on the upkeep and repair of manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure that production runs smoothly, with a specific emphasis on efficiency and safety. This role offers a work schedule that includes weekends off, allowing for a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in production machinery.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related challenges.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work night shifts if required.
