Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: South Dallas (Hybrid)
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 base + Commission

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Major Accounts Executive to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering innovative solutions and have a proven track record of success in selling programs for digital print, signage, custom storefronts, and kitting & assembly, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Stay up-to-date with industry trends to drive sales growth

Requirements:

3+ years of successful sales experience in digital print, signage, or offset print
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of AI and its potential applications for sales and marketing
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
