Job Title: Materials Manager
Job Location: On-Site in Stilwell, OK
Job Salary: $130K- $140K + 15% bonus
Requirements: 6+ years of experience in materials management within a manufacturing environment, preferably involving capital equipment and aftermarket operations. Skilled in implementing Lean manufacturing principles and optimizing supply chain performance through tools like PFEP and SIOP. Bachelor's Degree required

Responsibilities:

oversee all warehousing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, planning, and purchasing functions across two operational sites-covering both capital equipment and aftermarket filtration products
implement methodologies (PFEP, Kanban, Pull Systems, and SIOP) to ensure cost-effective material flow, inventory control, and supplier quality management
Develop and implement purchasing strategies, lead sales, inventory, and operations planning and forecasting
Monitor supplier performance using key metrics
Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
6+ years experience in materials management in manufacturing
CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
Proficiency with PFEP, Kanban, Pull Systems, and SIOP
Skilled in ERP systems and inventory management software
