Mechanical Project Manager

Position Overview
The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee and manage mechanical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering high-quality mechanical solutions for commercial and industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of mechanical project development, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Coordinate with design, construction, and engineering teams to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and address any project-related issues.
Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to Plan/Spec and Design Build practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management within the mechanical or HVAC industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and mechanical systems for commercial and industrial applications.
Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
