Salary: $135k-$160k/yr

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in cases involving medical negligence, providing expert legal advice, and working diligently to secure favorable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to medical malpractice cases.
Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and depositions.
Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
Gather and analyze medical records and expert testimonies to build strong cases.
Provide legal advice and support to clients regarding their rights and options.
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Stay updated on changes in medical malpractice law and relevant legal precedents.

Qualifications

Jurisdictions license to practice law.
Jurisdiction-specific experience in medical malpractice law.
Proven experience in litigation and trial practice.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, juries, and other legal professionals.
