Location: Northern MA, Southern NH AND Southern MA (2 seperate roles)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Painting Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with homeowners on household maintenance projects (Pest, Paint, Renovations, Solar, Landscaping, etc.) oversee residential painting projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of residential painting projects, including planning, estimating, scheduling, and execution
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Supervise and support painting crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and implement solutions promptly.
Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the painting or construction industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; especially with homeowners
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
