Position Overview

We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with at least two years of experience in personal injury litigation to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex cases, advocate for clients, and contribute to a firm that values integrity, excellence, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Arizona Bar membership.
  • Minimum two years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
