Who you are:

Member of the Missouri and Illinois state bars
Excellent legal research and writing abilities
Discovery experience
Law and motion experience
Enthusiastic desire to work as part of a team on behalf of injured clients
Ability to travel periodically

What you will be doing:

Conducting legal research and drafting law and motion briefs
Opposing dispositive motions
Taking and defending depositions
Propounding and responding to written discovery
Making court appearances and participating in second and third chair trial work
Managing court dockets and assisting case handling attorneys
Meeting and conferring with opposing counsel
Preparing subpoenas, FOIA requests, and documents with respect to deposition testimony
