Position Overview
The Project Admin/Accountant plays a critical role in supporting project management and financial operations by ensuring accurate accounting, efficient billing processes, and effective administrative support. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage project documentation and financial records while collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records related to project budgets and expenditures.
Coordinate billing processes for projects, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Utilize Sage Intacct for financial reporting and management.
Assist in the preparation and submission of financial reports and budgets to stakeholders.
Support project managers with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project plans.
Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and resolve any billing or accounting issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in project administration and accounting roles.
Familiarity with billing processes and tools, including Textura and GCPay.
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage Intacct.
Notary public certification is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
