We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Heavy Civil Construction team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex and multi-faceted projects, including asphalt and roadway projects. This role will involve liaising with clients, contractors, and internal team members to ensure successful outcomes and timely project completion.

Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of assigned projects within budget and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project plans, including budgets and timelines
- Monitor project progress, identify potential problems, and troubleshoot as needed
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal team members
- Ensure projects are completed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Experience with Heavy Civil Construction, asphalt, and roadway projects
- Proficiency in HCSS and P6 software
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
