We are a leading civil contractor in the Atlanta market, and are seeking a strong Project Manager to join our team. Ideally someone who has a varied background in civil construction and has spent time at a general contractor with similar projects. We focus on a wide variety of different civil projects throughout the Georgia market and want you to join us on our adventure!

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Civil Construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of projects related to sitework, utilities, hardscapes, and other infrastructure. You will establish project goals and objectives, develop budgets and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop project plans, goals, and objectives that align with overall strategic initiatives
Develop and manage budgets and schedules for projects
Monitor progress of projects and ensure successful completion in a timely manner
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory policies and procedures
Identify and mitigate risks that could potentially affect the project

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a civil environment
Solid knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
