Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of paving projects from planning through execution and delivery.
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to management and clients.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, maintaining open communication with all parties involved.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in paving and heavy civil project management.
Strong understanding of paving materials, processes, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
