Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively finding solutions to maintain project progress.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in restoration and reconstruction.
Strong knowledge of multi-family construction processes and best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
