Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects, particularly in the multi-family and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage project resources, including team members and subcontractors, to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct regular project meetings to communicate progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the multi-family and commercial construction sectors.
Strong knowledge of project management software and methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
