Position Overview
A key component of our daily work is quality. Our main objective is to produce and deliver goods that surpass the expectations of our clients and the terms of our contracts. Any project or design you may have can easily be solved by us.
General construction, construction, management-at-risk, and fast-track projects in the commercial, industrial, government, educational, healthcare, and mixed-use sectors are our areas of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring all milestones are met
Coordinate and manage resources, including subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Manage project budgets and financial reporting
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a project manager in the steel fabrication and erection industry
Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction
