Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects within our self-storage division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects according to specific timelines and budgets while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in self-storage.
Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
