Job Title: Remote Customer Support Rep - $60-$70k (SaaS Support, CRM)
Salary: $60k-$70k + Benefits, 401k

We offer an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers.

Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.

Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.

We are Series B funded for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 52 employees.

Our founders have built and exited several successful start ups and this is their third venture.

We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.

Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote Customer Support Rep experienced in 

  • Software/SaaS support

Experience with the followings is a big plus, but not required:

  • CRMs, WealthTech, Jira, and/or Confluence
  • Could services, operating systems, and/or browsers

You will be customer facing and the first line of support when our clients have an issue with our software. You will answer requests via a ticketing system by email, phone, video chat, screen share, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Act as the first line up customer support when our clients have software issues

  • Keep an eye out for recurring software issues and suggest improvements
