Sales Engineer

Position Overview
The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the sales team, helping to drive revenue through the effective promotion and sale of our boiler and HVAC solutions. This role will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions that leverage our products' capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance on products and solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our boiler and HVAC systems.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our capital equipment solutions.
Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations in response to client inquiries.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical issues that may arise.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
Strong knowledge of boilers, heat transfer systems, and HVAC technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in developing technical proposals and presentations.
