Sales Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our team, responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical expertise and support to our clients in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our engineering teams and customers, ensuring that our solutions meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate HVAC products and services to potential clients.
  • Provide technical support and product training to customers.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met in product design.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the HVAC industry.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including commercial and industrial applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze technical information and present it clearly to clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
