Our team has grown organically over the years and finds itself in need of a highly motivated Civil Engineer with a strong background in Water/Wastewater design to help lead our team in San Jose. This individual will be responsible for designing and managing projects related to water/wastewater/recycled water transmission, pumping, storage, and/or treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop designs and plans for water/wastewater/recycled water transmission, pumping, storage, and/or treatment facilities.
Manage projects from conception to completion.
Create detailed design calculations and diagrams.
Compile technical and financial reports.
Supervise and mentor junior staff.
Interact with clients and other stakeholders.
Conduct site visits and inspections.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of professional experience in civil engineering.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in CA is required.
Experience in design and construction of water/wastewater and sanitary systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, InfoWorks, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, BioWIN and other related software.
Understanding of recycled water and environmental regulations.
Experience in Industrial and Municipal projects.
