We are a well-established Steel Erector and Fabricator based out of the Phoenix area, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and oversee some projects as well as the other Project Managers and Projects Coordinators. Projects range in size from $6-15 million.

Position Overview
The Sr Project Manager will oversee and manage complex projects within the structural steel industry. This role is focused on ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with AISC standards.
Utilize Tekla software for project visualization and planning.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage project estimating and ensure accurate cost projections.
Oversee the fabrication and erection of structural steel components.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the structural steel industry.
Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong knowledge of Tekla, Bluebeam, and AISC standards.
Experience with estimating, erection, and fabrication processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
