Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large projects ($10M+) within the mechanical and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, sheet metal, piping, and plumbing, as well as a proven track record in managing commercial and industrial projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Oversee, guide, and mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers involved on the project.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
Coordinate and supervise the activities of project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results.
Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders and management.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing solutions as needed to maintain project momentum.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the mechanical and construction sectors.
Proven expertise in HVAC, sheet metal, piping, and plumbing systems.
Strong understanding of commercial and industrial construction processes and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Proficient with project management software and tools.
