Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the roofing service department.
• Lead and mentor a team of roofing technicians, providing training and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all service activities.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and manage service budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
• Coordinate with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client communication.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on ongoing roofing projects.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing, particularly in commercial roofing applications.
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in a service manager role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Ability to analyze and optimize operational processes for efficiency.
