Position Overview
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the service operations of the company. This role involves managing service staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing service delivery processes to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee HVAC service operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate dispatching of service technicians to customer locations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve overall client satisfaction.
- Monitor service metrics and performance indicators to assess operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify upselling opportunities and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a service management role within the HVAC or mechanical industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and service operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in dispatching and coordinating service technicians.
- Sales and account management experience is preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
