Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product/Test/Validation Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on developing cutting-edge AI chip technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our AI chips meet the rigorous performance and reliability standards through comprehensive testing and validation processes. This role is crucial in driving product excellence and innovation in our AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans and validation strategies for high-performing AI chips
Conduct system-level tests to evaluate performance and reliability of AI chip designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product management, and manufacturing to ensure product quality
Utilize automated test equipment (ATE) to streamline validation processes
Analyze test data and generate detailed reports with findings and recommendations for improvements
Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of test failures to enhance product development
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to AI chips and testing methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in test engineering, product engineering, or validation engineering
Proven expertise in ATE test methodologies and tools - STDF Data manipulation
Hands-on experience with CPU/GPU type products
Strong background in system-level testing and validation processes
Familiarity with AI chip technologies and applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
