Staff Accountant

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle full-cycle accounting duties including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with GAAP and maintaining accurate financial records of fixed assets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle accounting process including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain and manage fixed assets and related depreciation schedules.
Support audits and help implement internal controls.
Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial data is captured and reported.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and full-cycle accounting processes.
Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
