Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects in various sectors including senior living, multi-family, healthcare, and commercial properties. The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on the job site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans.
• Prepare and review reports, budgets, and project documentation using Procore and BuilderTrend.
• Facilitate communication among all stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, especially in senior living and multi-family projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials including concrete, seismic, and tilt-wall construction.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore and BuilderTrend.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
