Position Overview
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient production and distribution of products. This role is crucial for enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage production scheduling and inventory control to meet customer demands.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the supply chain.
Oversee the selection and implementation of ERP systems, with a focus on SAP integration.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
Proficient in scheduling techniques and inventory management.
Familiarity with Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
